Positive: This hotel is in a perfect position on the beach. It is in easy walking distance from several restaurants and a short tuktuk ride into the busier part of the town. The staff and management are exceptional, happy to cater for your every need. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the breakfast choice was excellent. I was concerned after reading some of the previous negative reviews. I can’t help but think they may have stayed at a different hotel. In summary, I would happily choose this hotel when I return to Hikkaduwa in the future.

Negative: There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Summary: Excellent hotel and very reasonably priced.
