The staff were kind, exceptionally helpful, and always available through WhatsApp 24 hours, which made everything so convenient. In-room dining was provided, and the food was absolutely delicious. The breakfast options were amazing, with a great mix of Indonesian and Western choices—perfect to start the day. The swimming pool area was also lovely, offering a relaxing spot to unwind with beautiful views and a serene vibe. What I loved most was the sense of tranquility—it’s the perfect place to recharge, yet still close enough to explore the surrounding area.
