The House of the New Boulevard offers all the amenities you need, and for a great meal visit our famous traditional restaurant located on the ground floor, and a night bar in the premises for your convenience to make your travelling experience unforgettable in the beautiful city of Quito, the highest capital in the world.
Our English-speaking staff can suggest where and what to do, and for a nominal fee they can act as your private tour guide.
We are centrally located…
The House of the New Boulevard is centrally located downtown Quito for your city sightseeing attractions, activities, such as our spectacular churches, visit the Basílica del Voto Nacional. It is the largest neo-Gothic basilica in the Americas, and how about La Plaza de la Independencia. The presidential palace, where you can enjoy the change of guards, and La Ronda; it is said to be the oldest street in Quito.
We also offer Airport transfers, Spanish and Salsa lessons for a flat fee.
Our rates are very affordable, $15 for a dorm, $20 for a private room, and $110 for a family of four (4), free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free lockers, excellent value for the city Centric, and a warm welcome to travelers from around the world, couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
