Positive: By far, the view! It is absolutely amazing and probably one of the best views of Kandy. Waking up with thjs view is a real pleasure

Negative: - the hotel is old and the recent renovation gives the impression it was done cheaply. It changed names from Mountain Heavens to Pinnacle, but everything still points to the old name (which is not an issue, but the laundry and service is old and and used) - the noise, the rooms are very badly insulated. You can hear everything happening around you - breakfast is good but pretty basic. No local breakfast offered
