Positive: The Location was amazing, metres away from the beach, but away from the crowds. We had a couple of days with the manager away and a couple with him there. Although the staff were very polite and attentive they were a bit like a ship without a rudder and the difference it made when he returned was huge. A really relaxed place, fantastic food and the whole area was just what we were after. ( We were here in January so it was beautiful and quiet)

Negative: It needed a few repairs and they seemed to be waiting for the main season rather than doing them as and when they appeared. This however, seems to be the Sri Lankan way generally....very laid back....which is all part of the charm isn't it .

Summary: Very sad to leave
