Summary: Overall a great place to stay. The place was very spacious and clean, with the exception of a large dead cockroach in the bedroom corner, likely due to pest control. The shower also didn't drain well but it is likely that the owner would have taken care of it if we had told him (we were doing long daily excursions and in that we forgot to tell him about it), as he was very responsive. My only slight critique would be the pictures seem to make it look like it has a balcony, which it does not. It does have access to a beautiful shared rooftop area. (it is hard to tell in a couple of the pictures whether it is the rooftop area our a private balcony. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed meeting him and he was always willing to help and answer any questions. Regarding location, it is pretty good. about 10-15 minute walk from most places. We would consider staying here again but next time will want to book a room with a balcony.
