From the very first moment, he welcomed us with a big smile and a refreshing juice, making us feel at home straight away. He carried our luggage to the room and, throughout the entire stay, he was always attentive, kind, and humble. At every meal, Isuru was incredibly thoughtful and caring, making sure we had everything we needed. What touched us the most was his genuine kindness: he would constantly ask if we were happy, showing a sincere concern for our well-being. His dedication, politeness, and warm attitude turned our stay into something truly special. Without a doubt, Elephant Safari Lodge has in Isuru a true treasure.
