Positive: We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was beautifully designed with so much attention to detail, and the Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing. The host made everything super easy — whether we asked for a last minute dinner at the hotel or needed a tuk-tuk to go somewhere. Sakura responded to every message within minutes. The view is spectacular — you’re surrounded by nature, and you can hike directly through the tea plantations. The road to the hotel is quite an adventure and it takes about 30 minutes to get to Ella, but we actually loved that too, because it gave us a peaceful experience away from all the tourism.
