Positive: Variety of rooms options for your preferences and budget. I booked on my way near the place, but the Host was a genuine friendly welcoming guy and his Parents there as well. Worth for the price. Clean, Calm, Private, Safe, Family friendly space. A/C non A/C, Shared Bathroom facilty, No hot water for this suit which I was okay. Almost near the Galle road and 1KM to Polhena beach. I just walked down there early morning to have a dip. There is a food outlet nearby too. Surely come again in next visit. Highly recommended.
