Located in a quiet, rural community in the most southern region of the Mount Washington Valley of New Hampshire, with 5 sandy beaches and central to many local areas of interest:
5 miles to the SCENIC Kancamagus Byway in the White Mountain National Forest
5-10 miles to Tax Free Shopping Outlets in N Conway, Restaurants & Entertainment

Our chalet comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. With 3 bedrooms, an open-concept living - dining room, kitchen with entry onto the screened-in porch that exits out onto the extended, 1/2 wrap-around, open deck which affords a gas grill for your grilling needs.
Stairs off the deck take you to a woodland path that leads to the fire-pit which sits under a high, tree-top canopy.
For those who find the need to remain ‘plugged in’, wireless internet and basic cable television are included.
The screened-in porch provides a wonderful, BUG-FREE, outside room and is a great go-to spot for meals, playing cards/board games, reading, drawing, or to just sit quietly - taking in all of the surrounding nature. Here you can can enjoy early, quiet mornings with your favorite cup of brew, listening to the call of the loons. Witness the change of night into day, catch a glimpse of wildlife passing through.
On a sunny day, bask in the warmth of the sun on the open, south-facing deck. Or head down to any one of the 5 community beaches, 3 of which are within a 1/2 mile (10 minute walk, or 2 minute drive) of the property. In the evening, take the woodland path to the 'fire-pit'. Enjoy making s'mores, conversation, and memories.
Although located within 15 minutes to an hour of most local area attractions, many people find that there isn't a need to leave the village once they are here:
*Rural dirt roads provide for great hiking and biking
*Pristine lake; kayak, swimming and fishing - brown trout, bass, pickerel, sunfish... 2 Kayaks are available for your use, along with some beach toys for the kids!
