Perfect location for a grandparent visit if family in the north central area. An added bonus is you can park in the garage. This updated home is located on a quiet cul de sac in north central’s Bulverde Village, a very safe neighborhood. An added bonus is that it is just outside the city limits so no city taxes. It features an open floor plan with master bedroom/bathroom separate from other bedrooms. This 3 bedroom/2 bath home is ideal to sleep four or five. The third bedroom/office area features a futon along with an office desk suitable for a work environment. Queen size beds in both master and guest bedroom. A baby pac n play, booster chair and small stroller are available plus a few games and toys. WIFI. HDTV in main area plus flat screen tv in master bedroom. Tastefully decorated with a Texas theme. The house is single story and very easy access to all areas.
The northside location makes it convenient to most San Antonio attractions via main highways plus we are the gateway to the many enjoyable small towns in the Hill Country. A great choice for a grandparent visit if family lives north of 1604. It is close to the TPC golf course, varied shopping and all styles of restaurants are within a short drive. The community park is available with playground equipment and a giant sandbox, volleyball nets and a basketball court. There is also a nice walking path near the park area. We love staying here and think you will also. NEW IN FALL 2024 is a pickleball court and we have equipment available. You can easily make a day trip to the beach or the scenic Hill Country.
