The exit of the recently developed beautiful little sugar creek greenway along the river is by the dog park and 5 mins from the house.
Mere minutes from highway 77, 485 and 51, light rails to uptown. Very close to CLT airport, Uptown, Carmel Country club and Quail Hollow Country club, SouthPark and Carolina Place Mall. Lots of good restaurants nearby!
