Summary: The hotel is beautiful with amazing views and excellent staff. The hotel has a free shuttle service between 8.30 and 4.00 to Jungle Beach and the temple. It’s also just ten minutes by tuktuk to Galle which cost about £1.50 - £2.00. The pool is lovely and the roof top bar sells great cocktails. We ate dinner at the hotel which was delicious and reasonably priced. They were very accommodating of our dietary requirements (vegetarian and vegan.) We had the Sri Lanka breakfast - again prepared vege/vegan. But they also offer English and continental which looked delicious too. All of the plug sockets in the room were uk sockets and so the universal charger we had been travelling with wasn’t compatible. However the manager leant us his travel plug which was very helpful. This was my favourite hotel in Sri Lanka and I wish we’d stayed longer.
