Located in Bayside community with Jack Nicholas golf course, Freeman Arts Pavilion (https://www.freemanarts.org/), indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, restaurants, trails, dock, small private beach, etc. (livebayside.com). Amenities passes can be arranged separately. See details below.
5 large beautifully decorated bedrooms with 4.5 baths. (Three of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms). Plenty of space to spread out including two living rooms, a sunroom, a dedicated video game room for the kids (or adults?), back patio and a large upstairs balcony/patio overlooking nature. Gourmet kitchen with gas cooktop and double overs, as well as an attached garage (with an extra fridge!) and plenty of parking
One of the bedrooms is set up as a fully equipped and wired home office for those looking to work from home (but also converts to a bedroom).
Tired of packing 1000 things to go on vacation? This home is fully stocked as a home-away-from-home. Rental includes: All linens (sheets & towels), washer & dryer, small appliances (toaster, blender, griddle, Keurig machine, coffee maker, hairdryers, etc.), a charcoal grill, beach gear (shade cabana, sand toys, beach chairs and beach mats and towels), board games and a "beach reads" library. We also provide the toilet paper, paper towels, spices & condiments, detergents, etc.
Perfect for a golf outing, a guys / girls weekend or an extended family get-together.
Optional amenities passes include unlimited access to 2 outdoor pools, kayaks/paddleboards (summer season only), tennis / pickleball courts, indoor pool and fitness center.

Kids under 4 are free (with adult pass). 3-day passes must be three sequential days. Passes are interchangeable among people in your party; they are not assigned to specific individuals so you can pass them around your group.
No passes are needed for fishing ponds, bike trails, dock, restaurants, small private beach.
Once you book, I will reach out close to your dates to see if you want passes, and how many. They must be pre-ordered by me.
The golf course is separate, and you need to make arrangements with them, if interested.
