This recently renovated 2-bedroom/2-bath condo is located on the 4th floor of the very popular Dos Hemisferios building in Bahia de Caráquez. Our renovation was a complete tear out and start over, with everything new…even some of the walls. The condo has all custom woodwork, exterior/interior doors, trim, kitchen cabinets and bath vanities. The master furniture and dining room table was custom built as well. A local wood maestro from Bahia did all of the woodwork! The other wicker furniture was custom made in Montecristi. The condo boasts a great balcony with a granite bar, and wonderful views of the ocean and town. Access to the building is restricted to key holders, and there is secure parking in the building if needed. The building has a very nice swimming pool, and a terrace. WiFi Internet, home phone with MagicJack and Apple TV is available. This condo has a wonderful designer kitchen that is well equipped with all the amenities that you will need to maximize your enjoyment of the local cuisine.
