This two-story home enjoys a pastoral setting in one of the Midcoast's loveliest spots. It's quiet and scenic, yet also close to the Monhegan Island ferry, the Marshall Point Lighthouse, and the villages of Tenants Harbor, Port Clyde, Rockland, Rockport, and Camden up the coast.
In the sparkling summer months, the outdoor spaces are relaxing and inviting. In addition to the hot tub, you'll find a grassy front lawn where your kids can play, a gas grill for afternoon barbecues, and cushioned lounge chairs on the deck overlooking the sea.
Inside, the house is bright, welcoming, and effortlessly styled. The country kitchen is lined with windows, offering stainless steel appliances, two-toned cabinetry, and even a charming dinner bell.
