Summary: The elevator for guests had the appearance of a service elevator. My daughters got stuck in the elevator when it malfunctioned, and staff indicated to them that this was not an uncommon occurrence. Bathtub bottom was curved and slippery. Only one towel holder (in a room with two beds) made it difficult to dry towels. Outlets above nightstands were not tight enough to secure phone charger. Parking fee seemed excessive for this location. Breakfast "bistro" was closed, due to apparent staffing problem. On the plus side: staff was professional, room was comfortable, and on-site, free-standing restaurant/pub was excellent.
