Positive: Very good location in residential area if you want to be in the city to visit/work and away from the super busy, hard-to-park Financial District. Street parking was ample. Easy check in using codes. The property is very well put and clean. Made use of the coffee maker and water from the fridge dispenser. Bedroom was comfortable, clean, assigned bathroom was just outside the bedroom door. It was quiet, there might've been 2 other guests at the time but they were chill. Christian was helpful, he was on site. I'd stay again.

Negative: Nothing about the property, really. Just make sure to update the wifi info provided, had to double check to get the correct info.

Summary: Quiet location, good value for being SF, ample street parking, clean, comfy
