Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Everything about our stay was beautiful! It was the highlight of our trip! The guesthouse and treehouse were amazing and the view was spectacular. There are numerous sites to see in the area. Nearby are paddy fields and a river to explore and our hosts were so kind and helpful. The wildlife is incredible. They pointed out the wild buffalo and helped us look for elephants. The food was home cooked, the best we have had in Sri Lanka - delicious. It was truly a special place to stay in Sri Lanka. Very unique. The hosts pick you up from a nearby town, and although the stay is remote , the hosts make it easy to get there. We strongly recommend this stay to anyone who wants to see the real beauty of this island.
