Welcome to our "Rivah" cottage! Our adorable cottage with 2 bedrooms (1 King , 1 Queen) and separate studio/office building with 1 twin bunk and 1 queen bed (available to book with 3 or more guests); studio includes a dedicated desk and view of the tidal pond.

Walk across the street to our shared river porch, fish in the Rappahannock River or walk down the road to a shared beach and pier access where you can kayak and swim in Lancaster Creek.
