Summary: We loved our stay at the Hungry Lion - super close to the Sigiriya rock (we walked). The nicest thing is the location and friendly atmosphere. For a budget accommodation the room was clean and fresh, a few ants in the bathroom but no big deal. Air con was great -3 restaurants to walk to. A rustic stay in a beautiful location for seeing wildlife. This was one the best parts of our trip and would love to have stayed longer so much wildlife at the location we saw 2 hornbills and elephants on the road on our drive out. Thank you to the lovely people there and we did like your dogs x
