It is completely secluded and yet minutes away from dozens of shops/restaurants/bars, iconic beaches, the new Pez Vela Marina, the regional airport and the famous Manuel Antonio National Park.
Upon entering the villa via the lower level 5-car gated covered garage, two dancing water fountains catch your eye. An elegant glass staircase or an elevator takes guests to the main and upper levels. Also on the lower level is the queen bed (Maid’s Quarters) and a private bathroom.
Entering the main level, guests will be delighted by the breathtaking ocean view from the 100’ long covered terrace, which has multiple seating areas for absorbing the sights and sounds of the surrounding rainforest. Attached to the main terrace is one of the largest pools in Manuel Antonio, a 62’ infinity pool with a built-in lounger and a waterfall that cascades down from the upper level.
