The location of the villa is situated on the edge of a private nature reserve and wildlife corridor frequently visited by White Face Monkeys, playful Squirrel (Titi) Monkeys, Toucans, and Scarlet Macaws. It offers a secluded retreat amidst a small community of villas. The El Salto Waterfall is within walking distance from the villa. Manuel Antonio National Park, several secluded beaches, Pez Vela Marina, and world-class dining are all easily accessible by car, foot or bus. The spacious living room on the villa's main level offers an open floor plan with a vaulted teak ceiling and windows that fully open on either side to embrace ocean breezes. The private infinity swimming pool is located off the living room and nestled in the jungle maximizing your rainforest experience. The adjacent kitchen has granite countertops and is well supplied with small appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.). A large gas BBQ is on the deck off the kitchen. The master suite features A/C, a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet and private terrace where you can enjoy beautiful ocean sunsets. The guest house, below the main residence, features two bedrooms each with A/C and a queen-size bed. A shared bathroom connects the two rooms. The house comfortably accommodates six guests. NOTE: Given the indoor-outdoor living space and high vaulted ceilings there is no A/C in the main living/dining area. Rather, 7 quiet and efficient ceiling fans are used to optimize airflow. The house is at at the jungle canopy level and requires climbing four flights of covered stairs. Once at the canopy level, there are two buildings - lower (guest house with two bedrooms and bathroom) and upper (main residence with master suite). The two buildings are connected by one flight of covered stairs. Given the layout, this property is ideal for families with older children or couples traveling together. This property is located up a steep driveway and may require a 4x4 during the rainy season.
