This fully appointed 4-bedroom home (2 Queen & 3 single beds) easily sleeps 7 Adults & should surpass all your expectations - perfect even for 2, or 3 families to enjoy. Outside boasts ample room for the kids to play and run around the large flat front and side yards. Rest assured knowing kids are protected behind high lockable gate secure with a parapet wall. The house has recently been renovated with new floorboards, freshly painted inside/outside too. Smoking permitted outdoors only. Please note this house is ideal for long term rental for families to settle down and discover Sri Lanka leisurely. A Resident cook /caretaker is available within the premises. We can highly recommend him for his mouth-watering local dishes and curries. We strive to source most of the vegetables from our own vegetable patch. There are plants which are currently being grown that is used in most ayurvedic medicines (e.g. used for blood sugar, kidney stones, etc) Vegetables are available for guests to pick. It is a great location to visit the famous Kelaniya Raja maha viharaya temple and the Kalani river
