It's also just a "ONE Hour" drive from the villa to Colombo or to Galle, or even the International Airport (due to connecting highways). It's ideal for tourists wanting to visit Colombo and/or Southern Coastal areas, or even taking a quick relaxing break from the busy city.

The property is a spacious detached house that was renovated and completed end 2018. This villa has spacious air-conditioned comfort rooms with beautiful serene view overlooking the Lake & Garden. There are 3 large bedrooms with attached bathrooms on the 1st floor and a bedroom on the ground floor which is useful for a less mobile person with a bathroom right next to it. This beautiful open plan family home with large ground floor dining, sitting-room and verandah also has a marvelous lake view. The tall surrounding walls around the 3 sides of villa gives you complete privacy and seclusion from neighbor’s with only a picket fence separating the villa from the 55-acre Lake Front.
There are plenty of things for the kids to do, plus lots of lovely spaces for adults to relax and enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine at the villa. Play badminton, practice basketball shooting, throw darts, practice some soccer moves, ride bikes, catch fish in the lake or play ping pong. There is an extensive array of indoor and outdoor games, equipment and toys that have been made available free at the villa for your careful use.
