The master bedroom features a brand new memory foam queen sized bed. The guest bedroom features two twin memory foam beds. Both bedrooms have ample storage with a closet and dresser. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo. All linens are provided as well as bath and pool towels. A tankless water heater ensures you’ll never run out of hot water after a fun day at the beach. You’ll be happy to know the unit has its own stackable washer/dryer. Just behind your cottage you’ll discover a world-class clubhouse with a gym with tv’s, a game room, a reading room, kitchen, and a great room with fireplace. But the best part of all is the heated swimming pool with a waterfall. Shower off in the locker rooms after a day at the beach and enjoy a cocktail at the fire bar with friends. This neighborhood features many quiet streets for walking as well as direct access to the Eastern Trail for many hours of walking or bicycling. (Access is restricted during business hours due to construction in the far back of the complex.) The unit has its own 2 car driveway as well as guest parking on Ranger Lane.
