Top level is a huge master bedroom suite with King size bed, one twin ( works well for families with young children) and seating area. Full bath with shower and double sinks.

Storage for boats less than 12 feet, dinghies, kayaks and paddle boards shall be within the Unit Owners Limited Common Element and not obstruct the view of any other Unit owner No trash, rubbish or other offensive materials or materials degrading in appearance shall be allowed to exist on the Units or Common Elements excluding any area designated for trash and/or recycling by the Association. No guests are allowed in the home or on the property and beach beyond the limit of 9 people. This home has 4 total parking spaces.
