Positive: This was in a great location for us seeing that we wanted to be close to hacienda la Victoria for a day trip there. The house was very clean on arrival and the yard. You can see this property is well maintained and taken care off. It was a quiet area and we enjoyed the outdoor BBQ and pool. The parking area was secure and the property was well lit. It was also nice to have a washing machine to use but would have been nice to see a washing line outside as there was no dryer.

Negative: The kitchen needs to be a bit better stocked. It needs new pans and maybe some nice pots. Dish towels and cloths is cheep and should be provided. As it helps with cleaning the house. There is an issue with the power and you cant run the washing machine and have the air con on and lights then the lights don’t work. So just be aware. Downstairs shower was leaking water like crazy and we ended up just using the one upstairs. Looks like it was taped but it needs a proper fix. We take our shoes off at the door so having an entry carpet and carpets next to the bed helps keep your home clean and bedding so would suggest that. The caretaker came to show us how to use the light and walked in with his shoes he should have seen 5 pairs of shoes in the entry and been a bit more aware that once we arrive for a few days we don’t want to walk with our dirty shoes in the house. Just a heads up.
