Positive: We originally booked four nights at Portobello Guesthouse in Mirissa, but we ended up extending our stay with another four nights because we loved it so much. From the moment we arrived, Victor and Paula made us feel completely at home. They are incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. Throughout our stay they gave us amazing tips on everything — from the best restaurants to hidden spots and things to do in and around Mirissa. They also have the sweetest dog Lima, which added an extra touch of charm to the place. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the common area is beautifully designed, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. We ended up spending a lot of time there because it’s such a pleasant space, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, which was a big plus for us. And lastly the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Every morning we enjoyed a crusty bread with avocado and egg, tasty fruit, and excellent coffee.
