Positive: The hosts were helpful, and the place was beautiful and perfectly located in the jungle. Food was amazing. However, when booking your safari, make sure to specifically request a careful and considerate driver. The one we had was a nightmare. We were traveling as a family with two young children (8 months and 2 years old), and my mother-in-law has a knee problem, so we really needed someone to drive cautiously. Unfortunately, the driver was chewing betel leaf/tobacco throughout the trip, constantly opening the door to spit every couple of minutes. He also drove far too fast over rough terrain and showed little regard for our comfort or safety, which made the experience very stressful.
