Summary: Great value for the apartment and amenities. That being said there is room for improvement. mattresses are very hard and not comfortable, and water heater is not working, likely to be fixed. May need fumigation, many insects and few even inside. Nothing that cant be fixed. Other than that, great place will definitely recommend. Security and guards in front gate may feel bothersome but it provides a great deal of safety for the visitors.
