Positive: For the first time, I saw in real life what crisis management truly means. I arrived on the day of the cyclone, November 27th, and stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The team of hotel were professional. Thanks to the Kalpa the team leader and his team, and to Rohit and Yvonne at the spa. I wasn't afraid or felt unsafe; I truly felt with my family
